Easy Healthy Cookie Recipe

Such an easy recipe for healthy cookies. To make the amount above, you'll need:

1 banana
38grams of Ready Brek/Oats
Small handful of fruit and nut mixture

Mash the banana with the Ready Brek until it all sticks together and then add in the fruit and nut mix

Grease tray/use greaseproof paper and bake for 15-20 Mins at 180 degrees celcius

You could also try adding:
Coconut Flakes
Almond Flakes
Dark Chocolate
Peanut Butter...

I've made the fruit and nut mix ones quite a few times and have also made some with honey and peruvian dark chocolate with crushed hazelnuts. Both are really nice - they're best warm but are still good once they're cold. You could double the amount but they're so easy to make I just make 6 at a time. Don't add too many fillings, otherwise they won't hold together very well.
