Banana Cake

175g butter
175g flour
175g caster sugar
2 eggs
2 very ripe bananas

I like to make banana cake with any really ripe bananas so that they don't go to waste. I've used various recipes before but I used the one above the other day and it was super quick and easy. You can also add a bit of vanilla extract, nuts or raisins if you like.
